Well that obviously shows that the goals you've set for yourself don't mean that much to you in the first place. You probably have other priorities and aspirations.
I think you will benefit from an intense brain session. Sit down and really think about what you want in life.
Do you really want a relationship right now or would you much rather be single and focusing on your career?
Is your life really that much less monotonous, or are all the new activities you're now doing an actual planned list lacking in spontaneity.
Is your new job at the restaurant really what you've aspired to, or are you just dealing with what you have because of a recent lay-off?
If after all this thinking and you've realized that all the goals you've set are what you really want, then keep setting more goals. Keep laying out challenges for yourself.
maintain those checked off lists and keep it going :] then you'll run into some new obstacles to check off.
