Looking for adventure in the streets of New York?
The answer is simple.
The first step in achieving this would be to get stoned out of your mind. Next, choose any Philip Glass album to blast in your headphones (any will work, but you can't go wrong with Glassworks). And then the final step would be to put on some comfortable walking shoes, and just wander the streets of New York City for hour upon hour.
That, my friends, is adventure.
Yes! And, it works well in San Francisco, too. At least, it did back in the 80's. But the Glass was Meat Puppets and the IPhone was a Walkman. Had to go home as my arms cramped badly from the lug effect of the 6lb Walkman. That machine boasted a mini V-8 engine.
